Open the PDF tracking page:

follow the prompts:

press Track It, then download it:

You now have a tracked copy of your PDF which you can distribute/send/give to anyone, in exactly the same way as you usually do. The tracking remains on the PDF and will record every time its opened, with as much detail as we can tell you about where and when it was opened.
